Hello My Love’s! How are we doinggg~ Your girl has had a little weird of a day if i'm being honest. It was a great start; I meditated( finally starting it, WOHOOO!!) and went to the gym, YA GIRL WORKED OUT SO WELL, it makes me giggle thinking of it. I proceeded to make my breakfast of grapes( because my groceries honestly went bad on me, tilly me :( ), I didn't like the taste, so I made a smoothie with some Ashwagandha root powder. Before I finished, I did a grounding exercise, by walking on our mother earth. It was definitely an amazing experience, and I'm excited to continue learning my life! When I was finished gasing my car my whole mood and energy completely shifted. I was talking low everything: my eyes felt swollen and unable to open more, my face couldn't project any enthusiasm, and my voice felt almost stuck in my throat like it couldn't be raised. This has happened to me before, but I never paid it enough attention to be able to get out of it now. Thankfully I found the reason, which was the last of the food leaving my body, as well as the processed food i've been eating recently. On top of that, your girl has been craving hot sauce since monday night, and chips on monday as well. With this knowledge it led me to the conclusion of : Low energy/vibration foods= Low energy. Now I know yall could be thinking, here shes go again, but I want you to ask yourself; Is your stomach gassy? Do you have bowel movement problems? Is my stomach bloated? Do I have or typically experience hot breath/heartburn? Do I get Abdominal pain often, especially a few hours after I eat? Do I have an unhealthy relationship with food? Do I get extremely sleepy, or even tired/lazy after eating? Any of these questions answered with a Yes, are signs of an unhealthy gut and therefore unhealthy body. That doesn't mean, you have to eat salad only, it's more along the way of noticing what you put in your body and how it affects you. There is a multitude of reasons this can happen but here are a few: Dairy( especially cheese), Meat( red meat specific), Late night meals, Alcohol, smoking (green takes longer to be impactful, but it's not too good for your lungs( as its smoke in general) and overeating or not noticing consumption, Overeating of any kind. As well as heavily processed foods such as: cake, biscuits, white bread, cereals, white pastas, refined sugars, refined flours, and sets, anything for real. Essentially eat fewer foods that come from packages and more foods that come from the ground. I know for some cooking could be hard, or maybe you just don't like doing it, but I really recommend cooking and setting time aside for it as it's really important to treat your body as you would money. Be greedy with it, don't allow yourself to give your body away to just anyone, really notice and see where your body is going and receiving food. Have fun with it! I will be giving y'all info on what you can do to help fix your gut and give you ideas of where you can start on cooking and treating your body as the temple it is. First up is Herbs, I have really been getting into my teas this year, and exploring how they make me feel. Now herbs don't equate to only teas as there are Tinctures and powders, and even capsules that can help improve your everyday life.
